NEW HOME
You buy the lot, and we will build you a beautiful new home on it. Whether you’re expanding your family, and need a new house with more room to grow, or you’re downsizing, but still want the amenities, and layout you would like, or have grown accustomed to, we can help you. We will put you with our design team, and they will guide you in designing exactly what you want. Once you approve the prints, we submit your project for permitting, and then we build your new home.
REMODEL
You want to upgrade your current home. Perhaps you want to reconfigure and design a new kitchen to include: new counter tops, new cabinets, new tile, new fixtures, and updated appliances. Maybe you would like also to knock out that wall that separates the kitchen from the family room to open up the space, and create a better flow. Or, what about your master bathroom… it was build in the 1970’s, and you have the pink and green tile to prove it. You want to modernize your bathroom with new tile, fresh paint, and a walk in shower with ceiling mounted shower heads. What about the lanai you never use? Maybe it’s time to convert it into usable space to be enjoyed throughout the year. Whatever your remodeling needs, we can make your vision a reality.
ADDITION
You really don’t want to move, and build a new home, but your current home no longer accommodates your family’s needs. You decide you really want that BIG master bedroom suite you’ve always dreamed of. We can add on to your existing house, and build you that master suite according to your specifications. Maybe you need to add on a golf cart garage to alleviate space in your current garage. You give us the specs, and we can build your addition.
